Welcome to Sophie Grace Yoga. As a knowledgeable Yoga Instructor and Practitioner myself, I want to share the practice of yoga and make it accessible, joyful, and an integral part of other's lives.
I provide Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in Edinburgh in person and online as well as 1:1 options. Classes are inclusive and for all!

Yoga Offerings
I offer Yoga classes rooted in the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa. This dynamic style of yoga informs my vinyasa and beginner's classes as well as non-movement based offerings such as meditation and breath work (pranayama).
A Beginner's course is the perfect place to start or restart a practice where you will learn the foundational postures with specific guidance for your body's needs. My Beginner's course follows the Ashtanga method which is a structured practice that you can develop throughout your life.

Vinyasa flow classes are a general class and some level of experience is recommended. Where described as gentle, movement is a slower pace and will conclude with a longer relaxation.

Pranayama and Meditation classes are not movement based and teach breath work and offer a mediation.
